Ride across the legendary Karakoram Highway, explore alpine meadows, glaciers, and high mountain passes, and experience the culture, thrill, and wild beauty of Northern Pakistan.

Ride along the mighty Karakoram Highway to the iconic Passu Cones, conquer the world’s highest border at Khunjerab Pass, and experience the raw beauty of Shimshal Valley. A journey blending adventure, culture, and breathtaking landscapes — crafted for riders who seek thrill and discovery.


Itinerary


Day 1: Arrival in Islamabad 

Warm welcome at Skardu Airport by our team. Collect your bikes and begin the ride to Khaplu (103 km / 3 hrs). En route, visit Menthokha Waterfall, Gowari Garden, Royal Khaplu Fort, Yogu Bridge, Barah Village, and the historic Chaqchan Masjid.
📍 Drive/Ride: 103 km / 3 hrs

Day 2: Skardu & Manthokha Waterfall 

After breakfast, ride 50 km (1.5 hrs) to Hushe Valley, the last village in the mighty Karakoram Range. Enjoy panoramic views of the Haldi Cones and the K1 (Masherbrum) viewpoint before returning to Khaplu.
📍 Ride: 50 km / 1.5 hrs

Day 3: Deosai National Park

Full-day excursion to the “Land of Giants.” Visit Sadpara Lake, then ride across the high plains to Bara Pani and Sheosar Lake, surrounded by wildflowers and snow-clad peaks.
📍 Ride: Approx. 80–100 km / Full day

Day 4: Hunza & Sunset at Eagle’s Nest 

Ride towards the enchanting Hunza Valley along the Karakoram Highway. Explore Karimabad Bazaar and end the day with a magical sunset at Eagle’s Nest Viewpoint.
📍 Ride: ~290 km / 8–9 hrs

Day 5: Hunza Valley 

Discover Hunza’s charm with stops at Rakaposhi Viewpoint and Altit Fort. Wander through Karimabad Bazaar and enjoy another spectacular sunset at Eagle’s Nest.
📍 Local exploration day 50km 3 hour

Day 6: Hopper Glacier, Attabad Lake & Ride to Passu 

Visit Hopper Village & Glacier, then continue to Attabad Lake and the Pak-China Friendship Tunnels. Ride along the Karakoram Highway to Passu, home to the iconic Passu Cones.
📍 Ride: 90–100 km / 3–4 hrs

Day 7: Ride to Khunjerab Pass 

Journey to the legendary Khunjerab Pass (4,693 m), the highest paved border crossing in the world. Visit Sost Town, Khunjerab National Park, and the world’s highest ATM before returning to Passu.
📍 Ride: 160 km round trip / 6–7 hrs

Day 8: Excursion to Shimshal Valley 

Ride the thrilling Shimshal Cliff Road to reach the most remote settlement of the Karakoram. Experience rugged beauty, high pastures, and warm local hospitality before returning to Passu.
📍 Ride: ~120 km round trip / Full day 

Day 9: Skardu 

Ride back to Skardu through dramatic valleys and mountain scenery, with a lunch stop en route. Arrive by evening for a relaxing overnight stay.
📍 Ride: ~340 km / 10–11 hrs

Day 10: Flight to Islamabad 

Fly from Skardu to Islamabad. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel for check-in and a relaxed evening in the capital.
📍 Flight: 1 hr 15km

Day 11: Islamabad City Tour & Departure 

After breakfast, visit Faisal Mosque and Centaurus Mall for shopping. Later, transfer to Islamabad International Airport for departure. Farewell from Spantik Tours Pakistan.

  • Immunization / Personal Medication:
No mandatory vaccinations for Pakistan. Carry essential medicines like for diabetes or heart conditions in your hand luggage.
  • Temperature: Northern Pakistan
Spring 15–20°C day, 08–12°C night;
Summer 20–30°C day, 15–20°C night;
Autumn 15–20°C day, 05–10°C night;    Islamabad – Spring 25-30°C day, 15–      20°C night;
Summer 30-38°C day, 22-28°C night;
Autumn 20-30°C day, 10-20°C night;
  • Money:
In Islamabad, Visa & MasterCard are accepted; elsewhere, use cash in PKR. Carry small cash for snacks, drinks, and souvenirs. Exchange money in Pakistan and bring clean US dollars issued after 2009 for full value.
  • Hot Water:
Available in the North from 6–9 pm and 7–10 am. Hotels may not have heaters, so request extra blankets or a heating mattress if needed.
  • Road Condition:
The Gilgit–Besham road is long with poor conditions. Babusar Top via Naran–Kaghan is smoother if open
  • Cancellation & Refund:
90+ days: Booking deposit non-refundable
45–89 days: 30% of total package
31–44 days: 75% of total package
0–30 days: 100% of total package
